You can attend EXPCON Canada in person at the Marriott Vancouver Pinnacle in downtown Vancouver, September 6 - 8, 2023!
Anyone! EXPCON Canada is open to any and all agents worldwide!

Each ticket is an all-access pass to the event! Two full days of content, General Session, social hours and networking for one price!

Travel and accommodation expenses are not included in ticket prices. Refreshments and light bites will be provided during social events.

NOTE TO ICONS: You must purchase a full-price ticket for the event in order to get the event stock credit.

1. Fill out your information in the “Personal Information” section. Click next. 2. Fill out all required questions in the “Additional Information” section. Click next. 3. Under the "Admission Items" section, select a pass for yourself. Click next. 4. Under the “Add-On Events” section, select any add-on events (optional). Click next. 5. Review registration summary. 6. Input payment information, click “Submit”.

Once you submit payment for your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. You can modify/add by scrolling to the bottom of the email and clicking the "View or Modify Registration" link. You will be taken to the registration page and be prompted to enter your confirmation number, which can be found in your confirmation email. After you click “Submit” you will be taken to your “Registration Summary” section. Click the button “Modify Registration” and make any changes needed. Then click “Submit.”

 

You can modify your title, company, address and “Additional Information” questions. You can also add-on events, or add other attendees. If you need to modify your name, email or phone number, please reach out to [email protected]

Once you submit payment for your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. You can cancel your registration by scrolling to the bottom and clicking the "View or Modify Registration" link. You will be taken to the registration page and prompted to enter your confirmation number that is reflected in your confirmation email. After you click “Submit” you will be taken to your “Registration Summary” section. Click the button that says “Cancel Registration” and fill out the questionnaire. Click “Submit.” 

Refunds for ticket purchases will be issued only if a refund request is made through the hyperlink provided in your ticket confirmation email no later than Tuesday, August 15, 2023 (the “Refund Deadline”). Refund requests received after the Refund Deadline will not be honored. Refunds will not be issued for nonattendance to EXPCON Canada. You do have the option to transfer your registration to another person at any time before or during the event. 

Once you submit payment for your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. You can cancel your registration by scrolling to the bottom and clicking the "View or Modify Registration" link. You will be taken to the registration page and prompted to enter your confirmation number, which can be found in your confirmation email. After you click “Submit” you will be taken to your “Registration Summary” page. Click the button “Transfer Registration” and fill out the replacement person’s information. Click “Submit.” The registration system will not accommodate any monetary transactions when transferring registration; this must be handled between parties outside of the system.

  1. Do I have to be an active ICON to receive event credit?
    1. At this time event credit is only available to those in their active benefit year.
  2. Can I make a donation in lieu of attending the event to receive event credit?
    1. No. At this time the donation option is not approved.

The 2023 eXp Shareholder Summit will be held Wednesday, May 17 through Saturday, May 20 at the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel in Orlando, Florida, United States.

Virtual

Exclusive video access to general sessions and select breakout sessions will be available after the event.  If you’re a General Attendee or Premier Pass holder, this perk is included with your registration. If you are not attending the event in person, you can purchase this pass via the registration section, by selecting the “Virtual Pass” type.

Note to Icons: You must attend in person with a full-event ticket (General Attendee or Premier Pass) in order to qualify for the event stock credit.

eXplorer Pass: For the first time ever, if you purchase a General Attendee or Premier pass, you will have the option to assign one complimentary General Attendee “eXplorer” pass to a licensed, non-eXp agent. The eXplorer Pass can be added at ANY time before the event and does not need to be selected during your initial registration.

Bulk Discounts: You can receive 10% off when purchasing 15 or more regular priced General Attendee passes in one transaction (eXplorer passes excluded). Discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

We have several add-on events throughout the Summit. Yes! You are able to register at any time at the event site. The price of a General Attendee pass is $999 (USD) once the event starts on May 17, 2023.

We are dedicated to your success and events are a great way to accelerate your career. Our event pricing is highly competitive compared to the industry average of $1,400 USD.

Yes. You can select to partially pay for an eXp Shareholder Summit ticket during registration. By selecting the “Partial Payment” option on the Payment page, you agree to pay the minimum amount indicated ($250 USD). Your remaining balance must be fully paid 7 days before the Refund Deadline of April 27, 2023, 11:59 p.m. PST (the “Payment Deadline”). If your remaining balance is not fully paid by the Payment Deadline, you hereby authorize eXp to charge your credit card on file for the remaining balance anytime after the Payment Deadline.

To pay the remaining balance of your eXp Shareholder Summit ticket, you may click the “View or Modify Registration” hyperlink provided at the bottom of your ticket confirmation email. You will be taken to the Registration page and prompted to enter your confirmation number.  After clicking “Submit,” you will be taken to your “Registration Summary” section. Click the button “Submit Payment” to pay another installment, or the remaining balance of your eXp Shareholder Summit ticket. 

Please Note: You will not be able to transfer your pass or attend the eXp Shareholder Summit without your conference ticket being paid in full.

 

Social Passes are designed for friends or spouses traveling with a General or Premier Pass attendee. As a Social Pass holder, guests will only have access to the EXPO Hall and select social events (VIP lounge not included). This is strictly enforced. If you have a General Attendee or Premier Pass to the eXp Shareholder Summit, access to social events is included with registration!

Please Note: If you want your guest to have access to all the Summit offers, including general sessions, breakouts and masterminds, they must have a General or Premier pass.

Each General Attendee or Premier Pass registrant can invite one licensed, non-eXp agent to be their guest by assigning them an eXplorer Pass from your registration. 

Note: This may be added at any time before the event and does not need to be selected during your initial registration.

Once you know your invited guests information you can modify your registration to assign the eXplorer Pass by signing into your account and following the steps below:

  • · Visit this link and click the “Already Registered” link above the fields.
  • · At the login screen, enter the email address you used to register, as well as your confirmation number.
  • · Once logged in, you will see your Registration Summary. Scroll down and choose “Add Attendee”. In the pop-up box select “eXplorer” and click ‘Next’.
  • · Enter the information of the licensed, non-exp agent you are giving the pass to. Agree to the terms and conditions and click ‘Next’.
  • · Select any optional add-ons you would like to provide for your guest. 
    • · Note: The eXplorer passholder will be able to access their registration and select their own add-ons once completed.
  • · Proceed through all pages making any selections you would like and processing payment if necessary.
  • · Make sure to click “Submit” on the last page to secure your changes.
  • · Please Note: You may also access this option by clicking on the “View or modify your registration” link found in your registration confirmation email.

 

NOTE: Once the eXplorer Pass has been submitted the invitee will receive a confirmation email with their registration information. They will then be able to fully manage their registration to purchase add-ons and upgrades of their choosing.

Yes! All individuals within the event space are required to have a pass. If you are bringing a press person, or camera crew, please have them register by visiting this link. Press passes are $349 (USD), and work similarly to a Social Pass.

  • Once selected, you will be transferred back to the Personal Information page to begin your next registration. This action must be completed for each pass that you add to your registration in order to capture the required information.
    • Please Note: You must enter a different email address for each pass in order to proceed through the process, and for the other parties to receive their registration confirmation email. Entering the same email address that you initially registered with will prompt an error message and prevent you from proceeding. 
  • If you wish to purchase a Social Pass for a guest you may do so by selecting the “Add a Guest” option at the bottom of the “Registration Summary” page and proceed through the registration pages to add your guest.
  • Input payment information, click “Submit.”
  • Please Note: Additional passes, including the eXplorer Pass, may also be added on at any time after registration by following the “View or modify your registration” link found in your confirmation email. *All GA / VIP attendees must be added at once to receive the bulk discount option.

Yes, children are welcome to attend, but will need an eXp Shareholder Summit registration for admittance. All attendees under 21 years of age will need to obtain and wear an “underage” bracelet and may not accompany any adult to any bar or areas that are directly serving alcoholic beverages. Non-alcoholic beverage stations will be placed separately.

You can modify your registration by signing into your account and following the steps below:

  • At the login screen, enter the email address you used to register, as well as your confirmation number.
  • Once logged in, you will see a “Modify Registration” option toward the bottom of the page. Click this and proceed through all pages making any changes or selecting any additional items you would like.

You can transfer a ticket up until and even during the event if the original registrant has not checked in. To transfer a ticket to another individual, please follow the steps below:

  • Once logged in, you will see a “Transfer Registration” option toward the bottom of the page. Click this and proceed with entering the new information and click “Submit.”

Cancellations and refund requests received after the Refund Deadline will not be honored. Refunds will not be issued for nonattendance at the eXp Shareholder Summit. 

Please Note: The $25 USD processing fee is non-refundable.

Check out the “Accommodations” section of the website here! Rosen Shingle Creek is the host hotel of the eXp Shareholder Summit. In addition to discounted rates at the host hotel, there are also other nearby options available at Rosen Centre Hotel, Rosen Plaza Hotel, Hilton Orlando, and Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld®. All discounted room rates are available through April 13, 2023, 11:59 p.m. PST.

Transportation will be provided during peak travel times to/from Rosen Shingle Creek between all hotels listed in the “Accommodations” section of the event website.

ICON agents are required to attend the event in-person in order to meet requirements for their stock award. You must attend by buying a General Attendee or VIP Pass; Social Pass does not qualify. Attendance at the ICON Exclusive event during the eXp Shareholder Summit is not required to meet stock award criteria. If I attend with a Social pass, will I get event credit?
